Principles

I teach on this fundamental principle GRIT. Grind. Resiliency. Integrity. And Toughness in order to be great at what you do these 4 things must be present.

Protect the Brand: don’t put myself, our coaching staff, or the organization in a position that can’t be defended

Don’t cut deals with yourself: Execute everything you set out for and leave yourself no room for retreat.

How you do anything is how you do everything!

Thrive not survive: find a way every hour to separate yourself from your peers. The difference in winning and losing is the details in the dark hours where no one is watching.
