National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches Member Spotlight, where I was contacted, interviewed and highlighted during my time as the Asst. Special Teams Coordinator at the University of Central Missouri. An article was generated and sent out to members of NCMFC, of which I highlighted my coaching journey from start in little league, to then, my 5th year as a college coach. The article was only shared with NCMFC members and encouraged coaches like myself, who even at the time was still a volunteer, as well as my aspirations to one day coach for my alma mater, or hometown Kansas City Chiefs.
