Coach Biography

Ed Norwood is the founder of ERN Enterprises and Champions Unleashed and has been recognized as a unique and distinctive authority in transitional leadership and administrative laws that govern the healthcare delivery process.

When he was 8 years old, 27 of his relatives were massacred by cult leader Jim Jones in the Jonestown Guyana Tragedy. The shame of his family history shadowed his life until he discovered the lessons revealed in his book, “Be A Giant Killer,” a searing expose of how our history can influence our legacy.

Ed has done hundreds of media interviews and lectures worldwide, focusing on leadership development, branding, storytelling, the lessons of the Jonestown Tragedy, and healthcare advocacy. Multi-faceted, with a creative ability to inspire his audience, Ed combines his business influence and expertise with his passion for ministry, to help people flow in their dreams and transform the next generation.

Ed and his wife Anu reside in Orange County, CA, and have three adult children, Jasmine, Joshua, and Josiah.

Love Takes Work

We must learn to love people. It won’t just happen naturally. It is work. We learn. We love. We hurt. We lay down our lives. We suffer. We grieve. ...

Principles

We exist to build strong relationships with OG1 athletes, coaches, and staff, collaborating on initiatives that promote inclusive management and well-being.

With an inclusive management style, it’s not the best title (hierarchy) that wins, but best idea that wins.
