Salesi Uhatafe

Offensive line coach and former Power 5 All-Conference offensive lineman with NFL experience, focused on building disciplined, technically refined, and mentally resilient offensive line units.

As a 38-game starter at the University of Utah, earning 2nd Team All-Pac-12 honors, I developed within a championship-caliber program built on physicality, accountability, and detailed preparation. My professional experience with multiple NFL organizations further sharpened my understanding of protection structures, weekly installation processes, and the operational standards required to compete at the highest level.

I bring a player’s perspective with a coach’s structure emphasizing mastery of fundamentals, defensive front identification, situational football, and consistent communication within the offensive line room. My approach is rooted in standards over emotion, daily development, and building trust through clarity and accountability.

Having competed across collegiate and professional environments, I understand the demands placed on student athletes and the importance of developing complete linemen that are technically sound, physically dominant, and mentally prepared for championship football and the next level.

My objective is to contribute to elite programs by developing offensive lines that reflect great team work as a group, toughness, and execution under pressure.
